02. What data we process
- ›Contact form: name, company, work e-mail, role, estimated impact, decision timeline, your message, the language of the site you used, and the page from which you sent the form.
- ›Technical data: your browser sends the IP address, browser type and requested pages to our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) so the site can be delivered; these server logs are kept for security purposes for a short time.
- ›Analytics data (only with your consent): pseudonymised usage statistics collected by Google Analytics 4 — see Cookies below.
03. Purposes and legal bases
- ›Responding to your enquiry and preparing an offer — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries).
- ›Website analytics — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent), which you can withdraw at any time under Cookie settings.
- ›Security and operation of the website — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
04. Recipients and processors
- ›Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) — hosting of the website.
- ›Our e-mail delivery provider — transmits contact form messages to our mailbox.
- ›Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics 4, only after consent. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses; GA4 does not store IP addresses.
- ›We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.
05. Retention
- ›Contact enquiries: for as long as needed to handle your request and, if no contract follows, up to 12 months afterwards; if a contract follows, for the duration of the relationship and the statutory retention periods.
- ›Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics event data retention).
- ›Cookie consent record: 12 months, after which we ask again.
06. Cookies and local storage
Strictly necessary storage works without consent; analytics cookies are set only after you accept them.
- ›q-smart:lang (localStorage, necessary) — remembers your language choice; kept until you clear your browser data.
- ›q-smart:consent (localStorage, necessary) — stores your cookie decision, its date and version; 12 months.
- ›_ga, _ga_<id> (cookies, analytics, Google) — distinguish visitors and sessions for statistics; up to 13 months. Set only with consent.
You can change or withdraw your decision at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer, and you can delete cookies in your browser.
07. Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

08. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form data is transmitted encrypted to our e-mail service; access to the mailbox is restricted to authorised staff.
09. Changes
We may update this policy when the website or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
